Overview

Assessment of client's needs include questions such as; Does the client need to update an existing website? Is there an existing design system that the website will be an extension of?

Design

After discussing the details of the desired final product, the next step is the aesthetics of the site. What is the overall look of the design?

Deadlines

The next step is deciding on the amount of pages to be built. A timeline is created for the project, including checkpoints and deadlines.

Price

Project estimate is made based on all variables. Such variables include website type (Flash, HTML, PHP, etc.) and update fees. A contract is derived outlining both parties responsibilities.

Process

The client is asked to send copy and artwork to be included in the site. A comprehensive layout is created that can be extended to all of the pages. This is completed in under two weeks. Screen shots of the layout are sent to the client for editing, comments and approval.

Completion & Updates

Upon layout approval construction of the site begins. When completed, Jesse will maintain the website and update upon request for the price agreed upon in the initial contract.
